Healing Panther is a Reiki practice based in Memphis, TN, offering virtual sessions nationwide. Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese technique based on the principle that the practitioner can channel energy into the patient, to activate the natural healing processes of the client's body and restore mental and physical well-being. It is a spiritual practice like yoga or meditation and is not connected to any religion. It can be done long distance/virtually or in person.

Our mission is to educate more people about Reiki and its benefits simultaneously removing the stigma of non-traditional healing practices.​ In addition to Reiki, we offer chakra cleansing & balancing, intuitive healing, psychic readings and cord cutting. We use crystals, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, guided meditation and other tools during sessions.  We teach Reiki, energy cleansing/protection, grounding and other healing techniques.

Funny story about this picture...

I took it the first day I was officially laid off from a job where I spent 10 years of my life. It no longer served me to the point I often found myself anxious, depressed and missing work every couple of days. It was slowly killing my Spirit...​ This picture captured my Spirit coming back to life.​ The reason behind the glow? I was free to pursue my purpose full time - ​Practicing Reiki.

My Story

Hey! My name is Cat and I'm a Reiki Master & Spiritual Intuitive. The FIRST TIME I experienced Reiki was in 2010. I never experienced anything like it. I was nervous at first and asked a lot of questions but when I relaxed - I could feel energy flow through me. It was a calm and peaceful energy. I literally felt a shift happening in my body. It changed my life and my perspective. Everything I believed to be true about life (or didn't believe in) shifted. I was inspired to find my purpose - my reason for "being". Always being caught in the intersections of life, I was drawn to things that were considered "different". Never being able to find my "place", I often found myself frustrated - trying to find out the meaning of life and always coming up short. But then Reiki introduced me to my own energy, to things I could feel but not see, things I believed didn't exist but could feel within me - there was this "knowing" deep down that there was something more to life than I initially thought... I made it my goal to find my purpose and connect to my Higher self and when I did - I found myself with a desire to practice Reiki. Once I was able to find a teacher, everything was history. I became a Master in 5 months. I believe I always had an innate gift of healing.  It just took experiencing Reiki to realize it...
